      They care. From Peter Gassner the CEO down to your colleagues on projects, everyone is committed to customer and team success. Great environment Work from home or in an office, your choice for many positions Good pay and bonus structure They invest in employees

      Workload can be stressful at times but work life balance is a priority and you can get support

      Pros

      - Great benefits - Great work culture - You build lasting friendships here (mostly bonding on how stressful the work is) - You will learn a lot and learn fast. You will be pushed to your limits, but a lot of personal and professional growth comes with that

      Cons

      - Too stressful & long hours. Late nights and weekends. They have started to stress that this is not a 9-5 job. - Not enough training & guidance. Not a safe place to make mistakes as consultants and senior consultants judge harshly instead of providing assistance. - Pay could be better. Salary doesn't match the expectations - Upper management does not engage enough as they should. - New CDP managers don't care as much and that is why associates are leaving.

      Super unrealistic performance standards to be held against, They don't really care if you burn the candle at both ends trying desperately to hit an hourly goal which you will not at least within the first few months
