Pros

Some great co-workers! So many people are staying because of co-workers. People really will go out of their way to help (not all but you learn). Work from home, but who isn't these days. Flexible PTO - in practice, not that flexible. "Travel Benefits" hasn't been a thing bc of COVID but can't fault them for that. They do however use it as an excuse to pay below market rate, so now that that's gone, you're just left with subpar pay. Plenty of career opportunities, but that's in part because of the high turnover rate, which points to another issue. A lot of opportunity to make an impact. Everything changes pretty regularly so you can leave your mark on somethings. Like any position, there's good and bad. If you're willing to overlook some things, you can be perfectly happy here. It's a specific type that can make it and make a great career.

Cons

There has been some really incredibly high turnover. Take reviews with a grain of salt but there really is a reason for it. Decisions on pay, raises, and benefits are not super transparent and in many ways completely out of touch for what you'd expect for 1) a consulting position 2) a technology position and 3) a position in such and insulated industry as life sciences. I would agree with another assessment. Some successful people really didn't do much to get there and don't add much value while some hard workers really get taken advantage of. Very political, so being good at your job won't necessarily spell success. They like a certain type of person. If you're critical in any way, move on. Perky mascots rule here. Took away work from home benefits because they gave all office workers the option to work from home, but they still get their office benefits and some wfh benefits. Training really isn't a thing here. It's sink or swim and they have put some poor souls on some high profile projects way before they were ready. Ensuring your success is second to keeping up with sales.
