Cons
Each management level wants to change things to their way but doesn't flow down to levels below them. Huge turnover at upper and middle management Too much middle management and all they do is have meetings. Sometimes just meetings about the next meeting, but nothing resolved or accomplished. No true plan or goal as to what they want to do... just tell everyone what you cannot do.
