You cannot trust management. Some good bosses. Others non trustworthy. Say one thing and do the opposite then lie about. No support. Worse even this review will not matter to the company whatsoever

Floor level employees have alot of knowledge around the work they do Employees are generally friendly and easy to work with Employees are dedicated

Cons

MANAGEMENT Current upper management is running this company into the ground. Shot callers are dismissive of all input from floor level employees and assume that everyone not part of the ELT (Elite Leader Team not a joke that's what they call themselves) is clueless. Management turnover is constant, employees are regularly expected to adapt to new managers coming in and trying to change everything, almost always for the worse creating frustration, confusion and a lack of drive.
