Clean comfortable working environment. Regular pay. Close to home

Cons

Lack of leadership, direction. We start one thing, we stop, not sure what we're doing tomorrow. Throw away a lot of scrap.

Interesting work and great people to work with. Really felt like a family atmosphere.

Cons

Senior leadership is always changing so you never know what the expectations are. This has plagued Velcro for the past 15+ years. Very frustrating to gain traction on anything. There is always a feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop. Salary below average for similar roles in geographic area.
