Recent changes to the executive leadership team are on point. Excellent leaders that are honest, transparent and fully competent to run a company. Finally! Very nice work environment and super nice people in all areas. Innovating in a lot areas and embracing the opportunities for dramatic improvements in all areas. Incredible company benefits and fantastic paid time off benefits.

A bit of divide between VGC and VSU. However, mgmt. is working on improvements
