      Pros

      Good working environment. Most professional-level employees are friendly. Good growth opportunities and possibilities for advancement. Medium-sized company with small feel (able to interact with all level of employees from production team member to CEO). Quantity of holidays is above average.

      Cons

      There are mediocre benefits package at Velcro. The salary structure at Velcro is sub-par and lacks transparency with regards to levels of pay.

      There are many good people working here and are willing to help.

      Cons

      Lots of changes that do nothing to move the company forward or embrace employees. Employees are not viewed as assets. No appreciation for hard work. Not a lot of intellectuals on board.
