      Pros

      They are making the changes they need to make even when they are hard. A lovely place to work where the co-workers are kind. Top and bottom of the company are good but the middle managers need a cleanout

      There is tension between longer employees and newer ones

      lots of great coworkers, decent benefits

      Cons

      to much management, last 4 years no longer friendly environment and work life balance. management wants people to work more and not compensated for that. Lack of growth and promotion throughout the US division. to many people with manager title and no one reporting to them.

      Small sales and marketing team. Sales team looked out for one another. Great items to represent.

      Cons

      Too many upper management changes. Had 7 presidents while I work with company. Hired management who did not understand both industrial and consumer needs. Pay was under industry average.
