The company is dated and the tools are inadequate. Those in the position to monitor productivity have blinders on - they are only justifying their own decisions. Man-power is at an all-time low - in fact, they continue to lay-off and those that remain, continue to keep sweeping the mess. The lay-offs are a direct result to those justifying their decisions... They are so hung up proving their Kaizans work that they aren’t thinking logically. This is a minor operation trying to compete with the big boys. Poorly run, HR is a disaster; people have been here forever and have become cogs – no one knows how to think. AND the benefits are terrible!!!!
