We really work as a team / family. We take pride in working together to deliver quality websites for our clients and if issues arise we don't cast blame, but present solutions for resolving them.

Cons

Velir has been very reliant on our Sitecore partnership and we are now finally growing beyond that partnership to find work.

- Brooklyn Data people had a great camaraderie - pockets of people were cool

Cons

- lack of organization - weak leadership and management - an obviously controlling board and PE owners - murky vision - lots of layoffs in the last couple of years - all the visionaries have left, makes for an unremarkable company clients are starting to notice this and attrition is high
