Pros

ICs are very kind, some recent hires have been great to work with. Most people seem to genuinely want to do good work.

Cons

Communication is a mess, disorganization in leadership is very obvious and trickles down, and egos across director and VP roles run rampant and make it very hard to make progress on projects and initiatives. Shady HR practices, shady hiring/firing practices, and the list goes on. Deeply demotivating environment to work in.

So many cons which is why really good people are quitting or have been fired -- they don't know who they want to be and are going backwards. Do not take a chance here.

- Close proximity to leadership - Great location in Somerville - Friendly and hard working co-workers - Fun company outings

Cons

- More turnover than most companies I've worked for - Got lowballed extremely hard on salary initially, offensively so. - For a mid size company, the development process was very strict and unforgiving to the engineers - Management required detailed estimations from the engineers, then would move deadlines up multiple weeks/months at times ignoring the engineering estimates to satisfy clients - This despite daily standups. - At least 20% of each day was spent in meetings. - Had to work several weekends to make up for upper management scheduling mistakes
