Money is good but you’re sacrificing your home life

Cons

Upper management doesn’t care for the techs and aren’t even involved in the project you’re working in. You don’t get to go home very often and when you do it’s only for a weekend and then you’re back out on the road

This environment may appeal to individuals who are comfortable in a male-dominated workplace and a high workload with limited additional compensation.

Cons

The company did not provide a legally required lactation space. I was required to use a public restroom, where other employees entered while I was pumping. Comments were made about my body that became an ongoing joke among staff. Certain employees repeated these remarks to others, and management and Human Resources did not take action when the issue was reported.
