Pros
This company really provides everything a technician needs to work in the field. If you can keep to your self and not complain, do everything as you're told, you may be successful. you're completely alone, your managers are only ever seen on a quarterly basis and many times not even that soon.
Cons
large number of managers do not do their due diligence to ensure that the service performed in the scheduled time. A small percentage may fall on the customer's fault. This job is an out door job and it doesnt matter what the weather is like youre always expected to work even if its unsafe conditions.
