Velocitii has become a place that has allowed me to spread my wings and grow. The consistent mentorship and training has help me climb the ladder to success. The workalike balance has provided me with the much needed time to be with my family. I have never worked for a company, that supports both me and my dreams.

I have experienced some of the best personal and professional growth while with Velocitii. There is opportunity to be promoted within if you work hard and exceed your sales or customer service goals. I have been promoted three times since I started here, and it is great knowing management recognizes hard work. The company is still on the small side, but has seen some steady growth over the last couple months. The co-workers are friendly, and management is professional and visible. There is monthly activities to participate in such as pet photo day, waffle day, etc. which helps break up some of the routine functions that come along with this job. All in all, I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking in the area for a great place to work. Everyone gets along well, good pay, moderately easy job structure to follow, cross-training, and plenty of opportunity for a career.
