Cons
As a staffing as a service company, they seemed less aware of what was going on in the company I was assigned to than I would expect. This would often cause conflicted scheduling for breaks and lunches, and occasionally even shift start times. That said, the company I was assigned to had incredibly disorganized management, so that might not all be on Velocitii.
