      Pros

      Option to work from home; food Friday's, caring management team, and seeing teammates actually smiling at work are all great qualities of working for Velocitii.

      Velocitii has put a lot of things in place to support the employee population and encourage retention and open communication.

      Pros

      Supervisors are decent and generally supportive. Co workers on smaller teams are tight knit.

      Cons

      Velocitii attempts and fails at being an inclusive. They boast about not being racist, abelist or homophobic but thats just not the truth, I have seen and experienced the discrimination myself. They do everything in their power to force those who won't conform to their so called "culture" to quit so they don't have to fire them and thus pay severance or even unemployment.
