Products are not groundbreaking Management nepotism is rampant through out the company With nepotism comes resistantce to change thinking they can use the same playbook Low Morale amongst contributors and junior members HR posts reviews on here to keep scoring up

Work-Life Balance is great. Some management is supportive.

Cons

The pay is definitely below market value. Hard to get a promotion. Zero outlook for making more money or grow. This place is all about sales. The benefits are truly bad with some useless perks.Cheaper to get the best benefits on the marketplace than get thru this employer. A lot of restructuring and reorganizing, so no confidence about future. Multiple layoffs. A lot of backstabbing.
