Pros
The people I work with on a day to day are great. The transparency on pay and compensation is very welcome. They use third-party data to show how you are compensated compared to peers in your field of work. Evaluations are straight forward and you know what you are graded on and how you are graded. One other great thing is summer Fridays! Employees can take half days on Fridays, it's an incredible perk if you can take advantage of it. Finally, the communication is better than most companies I've worked for. There are easily accessible channels to ask questions, find information or post ideas. Other employees are also very receptive and accessible, so if you have a request or question you aren't afraid to ask around.
Cons
Things are hectic at the moment and there are a lot of things in flux. VEHS is going through a big transition, meaning everyone is juggling a lot of different tasks. One downside to this is the constant need to follow up on items.
