-VelocityEHS's training is great. They really set you up for success. With clear expectations and understanding of where to be during the ramp process, new reps have the opportunity to flourish. -They're very understanding of low points; they work with you and take the way you learn into account -Competitive atmosphere w/ really good reps that make you want to be better -Opportunities to sell to various verticals

Not the great starting place for a sales rep it once was

Casual dress, office in great location, good training program for first time sales reps, for the most part really good people who try hard

Cons

below average base salary, in the past was offset with good (20%) commission structure but market is drying up, almost impossible to hit quote, new regulation deadlines that drove sales for the past few years have come and gone, tough sell
