When I started at VelocityEHS, the President attended my first onboarding meeting and communicated the two most important things to our company: Employee retention, and customer retention. Over the years that I have worked here it's clear that this was not an empty tagline but a philosophy that drives every action taken. No company can be perfect, issues will arise but what I can say is when they do the support for both customers and employees alike is sincere and immediate. I have seen all departments at all levels come together to support customers to drive their success. I have seen the same and personally experienced it as an employee as well. While the option to work from home is presented the vast majority of us come in because it's enjoyable, collaborative, and we've developed great relationships with each other. The work our leadership and product team are putting in to drive our customers' success is exciting. As a salesperson I can't wait to start delivering on the value that will be provided in our road map over the next 1-5 years.

The people are great, the company is transparent and the product is really helping people.
