I love the opportunity to work with a team that is passionate about food & people, where you feel like part of a family not just a number. This is an ideal place to work if you enjoy being challenged and part of something bigger. Managers are scheduled a 47 hour work week, so QOL is better than expected in the restaurant space. Pay is super competitive and there are endless opportunities to grow & advance your career.

Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

Cons

Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
