The CEO is very involved and fun to talk to, he represents the heart of the brand. The company also cares about its employees down to the restaurant level and offer great services to them in their time of need.

Cons

Working from home is a sore subject and it’s often brought up with malice towards the team or employee working from home.

The staff was hardworking. Tacos were tasty when done correctly.

Cons

Corporate is located in Texas meaning locations in NC were often overlooked and not provided support. Almost six months went by with no regional support. Corporate had crazy high expectations however little too no support for operators. Senior management would make empty promises and not come through on them. Management did not respect work/life balance.
