The staff is friendly, and you can get good tips on busy nights. Also, they are flexible with class schedules.

Weird rush fluctuations that come and go so the nights stay busy and sometimes stressful

Cons

Hours - you don’t get to write your MGMT schedule (closes at 4 am on weekends) Upper MGMT / OPS - they love to barge in during peak volume and audit the entire operation, doesn’t feel like they want you there. HIGH TURNOVER - I am the third GM to quit in less than 10 months (yes you read that correctly) Work / Life balance - they want you to be available around the clock and have zero respect for your time off. Gossip - every single “higher up” has negative things to say about the COO & DO. They are the worst experience I’ve had in my 28 year career .
