      Pros

      -Great office space with a top notch gym (with Peloton bikes) -Paid close to market (depending on practice area) with a predictable bonus (Either $4K/$5K/$6K for every 50 hours billed over 1900 billable hours (only 50 hours of pro bono hours count)) -Nice people for the most part -DC office has delicious food -Good quality of work with an ok amount of client interaction

      -not good work-life balance (this goes for most top law firms)
