If you like to work hard, you will. The firm provides great benefits, and you will work with many great people.

Cons

I think the appropriate phrase is dumpster fire. The LA office is poorly managed with many attorneys who behave inappropriately without any consequences.

Structured and organized. Administrative staff were treated fairly. Management made best efforts to address all concerns brought to their attention.

Cons

Some attorneys expected and were treated like gods, which lead to temper tantrums.
