Great work atmosphere One of the most talented and dynamic young offices in Saskatoon New challenge every day A variety of teams, products and opportunities You get to work on a product that hundreds of thousands of business owners are using I feel respected and valued I'm not micromanaged or forced to a bureaucratic corporate structure It's a meritocracy: you do well, you get rewarded Company is growing quickly and continues to be tremendously successful

Cons

Trial by fire - they don't hand hold you, so you have you be a quick learner Lots of moving pieces - sometimes hard to keep track of all the product updates and teams

Pros

- First and foremost: I have a lot of fun with my team. They support and help me in any way that they can which is really refreshing compared to past jobs. - I feel appreciated. - I am comfortable getting up in front of my co-workers (and there are a lot!) to ask questions, express ideas, or even talk about a trip I took. - The culture is the best I've ever experienced. Frequently there are company outings (skiing, pool party, camping trips, dodgeball) and I always want to stay later on Fridays to hang out with co-workers. - I get to dress how I want - Tees and Jeans! - Free Friday Lunches, Thursday breakfast, Fresh fruit and snacks... what more could you want?!?

Cons

- I get a little stressed from all the work that sometimes builds up, but I feel that my team helps out in times of need.

Pros

The culture of the company is a lot of fun. They look out for people specific needs down to the type of chair they need, to ordering them a meal that suits their specific dietary needs. They love feedback and input from their employees Lots of areas to progress in your career. You will see people promoted and moved into other areas of interest to them on a regular basis. I've received two promotions with pay raises since I joined the company in Oct of 2013. Free Breakfast Thursday, Free Lunch Fridays. Ideas on Tap Foosball tables! Very cool unique office space we work out of, Tying into our culture

Cons

Parking is expensive Sometimes due to the fact we are in an older building we have maintenance issues or problems that would not occur in a newer office space.
