There are some nice colleagues and cool company outing.

Cons

This company over-sold the position I was taking. They completely fooled me to accept their offer which was much lower than what I was asking, They told me that it will increase after just a few months. A year has passed and my salary still didn't move. I tried to negotiate with them to no avail, and when I submitted my resignation letter, they accepted it without hesitating and without compassion towards me. I've felt misled, lied to, and underappreciated.
