Pros

Some of the best people are stuck working there but they make it tolerable. The office itself is esthetically pleasing and is conveniently located. Publix and the mall across the street make for a nice retreat. There is a lot of upward mobility there as Sr. Leaders leave all the time once they bump heads with CEO, its always next man up there.

Cons

CEO is the worst. He clearly is having people write positive reviews of the work environment there. It's amazing he isn't facing multiple lawsuits from prior employees. If you like big ego's and sexism this place is for you.

Clean office and friendly colleagues

This is a one man show with no strategic direction or vision. People get hired and fired on the spot for no reason whatsoever. Moral is sub zero in the office and everyone is ready to jump ship.
