As an individual you have the ability to achieve optimal level of accomplishment. The company has a revolutionary technology that continues to evolve in relevance. Management encourages growth and provides organized guidance to help employee reach its maximum potential while displaying a harmonious and cooperative spirit.

Cons

For those individuals that like to take their time to digest new strategies and want a daily monotony maybe this is not your place and possibly a better fit maybe the public sector.

Pros

Vendita offers a collaborative environment where your opinion matters. The CEO is willing to invest in what works and maintains an open door policy towards his employees. The company offers a generous 401K program and standard benefits package.

Cons

Not the companies fault, but traffic in and out of Tampa can be a hassle, as is the case with any major city. As a company fairly new to the area they are working diligently to get their name out there.
