      Pros

      It is a small company that has flexibility on technology that you could use on projects.

      Cons

      It needs better practices on some older projects built with early versions of software framework. The pay is just ok.

      Pros

      I have been working for two years. No words to say.. Good Manager and Good Working environment..... No politics... All are open minded people... A very good platform to grow in your career.

      Cons

      If you work hard then only you will grow. If you face a challenge then only you will learn.. If nothing is there, you will never grow and learn in your career. If that is considered under cons., no issue... No CONS to say....
