      A good place only if you are a recent graduate looking for legal status

      Pros

      the company helps you obtain an H1 visa if you pass the training and work for them for 5 years. They provide lodging during the training period

      Cons

      Training is self taught with little support from local trainers.Training takes 12 hours a day and can take between 3 to 6 months, during which time the company only covers basic living costs. The contract will tie you to Vensoft for 5 years no matter what. Your services will be sold to different companies located anywhere in the US during the 5 year contract so be ready to move a lot

      Good to join if you want to join small IT company and you donot have proper work status.

      Pros

      If you are willing to join an IT consulting firm where there is no pay on bench than it is ok to join.

      Cons

      No Pay on bench, not flexible with the rates, No proper training, No carreer management, employer does not take any risk of hiring you only they want to make money out of you, No benifits you have to pay from your pocket for medical insurance.
