Pros

Made some really great friends

Cons

Vensure is eating up PEO's without taking care of the current division partners OR clients. Clients are not getting the "touch" they deserve or were given before our Company was gobbled up. Receiving an excellent review doesn't even come with a "pat-on-the-back". Salary freeze, but that didn't stop the CEO from spending $$$$$$ on a rally for President Trump!

Pros

Not a lot of micromanaging. But then again, that could be because they aren't organized enough to engage in micromanaging.

Cons

Really really really unorganized. It's a shock this company has survived this long. Does Trump's accountant do their taxes!? I have been appalled by the lack of leadership and more importantly, the lack of diversity. Their attempt at playing up diversity is truly that - an attempt. They believe that just by having something (ie a Culture program) their company is embracing it and living it. WRONG! Vensure needs to put in the work to make things happen. As a sales rep, Vensure is pushing us to get appointments. Regardless of the quality. It doesn't matter as long as we get pen to paper. That's not customer service - that's not even customer anything. Our priority has become a numbers game and pushing as many new clients through implementation as possible. But we're bleeding out unhappy clients. Sooner or later things are going to catch up to them.

Pros

I loved working here. I enjoyed my job, my work was literally cited in a meeting as being the best on my team for last week. The people were fun and friendly.

Cons

I was summarily terminated for not learning the systems fast enough. I had been there from the end of October through January 13th. In that time I processed payroll for around 30 companies. I never had to do a same day transfer, I had my ag payrolls down perfectly, I assisted other ag payroll processors with their workloads, and mine were going well. I had concerns that my workload was lighter than others. I had let management know that I am a disabled veteran. I had given notice to my manager and hus manager that the VA had approved a knee surgery. The knee surgery was not yet scheduled. I was told that they would have no issue with accommodating me. My manager’s nanager returned my paperwork last week and asked if I needed time off fir surgery. I said maybe, once it is scheduled. Today I was fired. Immediately following a meeting where my work was praised. I am filing an EEOC complaint, and I hope you realize as a company that handles HR for many other companies, you should be holding yourselves to a very high standard. I was completely honest with you, to my detriment.
