      Nice office and casual dress code

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Lots of unprofessional behavior. Not the best learning environment. Not a friendly office environment.

      Good benefits but Toxic Environment will eat you up

      Pros

      - Company offers free insurance if you choose the cheapest option that covers just yourself. - It has a nice coffee vending machine which is my motivation for going to work. - Can get promoted fast if you have good relationships with higher managers.

      Cons

      There are a lot of different aspects of cons, here are some major ones: - Hide information from employees. Everyone is required to work in the office with people who go into cubes without masks on. I have recently encountered one employee who got COVID walking around the office and saying Hi to people. If I hadn’t overheard from her conversation that she got COVID I wouldn’t have known. She was 3 feet away from me. - Management team treats work and people very unprofessionally and with their own emotions. Some managers can be selfish and ask you to work as much as possible but not appreciating the work you’ve done. - A completely disorganized company and doesn’t know where it’s heading. Vensure keeps hiring more people but provides no trainings. The organization structure is messy. - Lack of trust and care from the company and managers. Some of your coworkers may say bad thing about you to the managers, do things behind your back, and lie.

      Not a place you want to go

      Pros

      Met some great people. Building is nice and new.

      Cons

      Communication is left something to be desired. Vensure is working as an independent company and eating up other PEO's. If you're a Division Partner or soon to be, beware. They'll talk a lot about being a family, working as a team but NONE of it is true. You'll find yourself working on an island and wondering what's going on behind the green curtain. Then one day they wont find a use for you since they outsourced your job to Columbia for pennies on a dollar. It's true. Look up Solvo. They've canned hundreds of employees and blamed it on COVID, only to rehire using outsourced labor. Something they promised would never happen. DON'T FALL FOR THE VENSURE BS
