      Pros

      Okay experience if you are just breaking into the PEO industry. The company pays $600 towards employee benefits.

      Cons

      Pay does not reflect the competitive salaries in the current market. Due to remodeling of the office, employees have been relocated to a new area, without much notice, that made a very short commute, a long one. The office building is far less than ideal as it goes from freezing to hot consistently. Punch in / out system exists. If you're in a professional environment, employers should trust their employees with adding in time instead of micromanaging through a time clock. Managers are not experienced enough to provide the support needed for teams to succeed. For job seekers looking to work at Vensure, proceed with caution.

And yes, office remodels can be challenging, we agree, but our teams have been amazing in “going with the flow” as we know some of the circumstances are not ideal.       Pros

      Pay is great, Great teams.

      Cons

      They treat their employees like entry level employees instead of professionals. They are unable to manage their book of business. Due to management and their lack of knowledge. Unwillingness to take feedback. It's a horrible work environment due to leadership. No compassion. They have a TON of E&I exposure.

      They are a big company with lots of resources and lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      You are just a number on a spreadsheet. There is no loyalty to you or anyone else. Just the bottom line. Communication is absolutely horrendous.
