      Unused PTO time should be paid out.

      The annual holiday party is definitely a pro, as are the benefits and the people we get to work with! We are continually looking for great talent to join us in our efforts to be the best in the business. This will allow our employees to focus more on specific tasks at hand.       Pros

      The CEO has the right attitude. Reward those who perform the best, and TRAIN those who dont. Very unique in today's economy. CEO served pancakes to the company, Thanksgiving in the office, and the Greatest Holiday party ever has made this a tremendous Holiday Season at work.

      We need more space already! Good problem to have!
