      Enjoy my job, but there is work to be done

      Pros

      Great co workers and non hostile work environment. Don't dread coming into work.

      Cons

      Pay isn't where it should be, and raises are less than stellar. Not good communication from lower management to upper management. Too many people "in charge" that don't work together well.

Our employees have done an amazing job of being flexible, taking initiative, and welcoming new members of our Vensure family with open arms. There are several meetings each week where the department heads all come together to ensure there is open communication and a chance to discuss improvements, as well as share the exciting events and changes that are underway.       Pros

      Always looking to improve and not afraid to change to do so. Strong in technology and always adding to options for clientele.

      Cons

      Some growing pains but handle pretty well. If I had to name one thing it’s slow response time from a a department or two.

      Management doesn't micromanage, the culture is excellent, benefits are great

      With any growing company there will be projects and deadlines, you need to have great time management skills to keep up.
