I've been with Venterra for just over a year and I am still continuously blown away by the incredible culture and people. I've been fortunate and worked for some incredible companies, but Venterra truly takes the employee experience to another level. I truly feel blessed to be a part of this company!

This is a fast growing company which creates a very dynamic environment with lots of interesting questions (my role is research focused). Pay is very competitive, and they support training. Seems funny to say it, but getting things (equipment, software, subscriptions) is very easy - they really work to get you what you need for your role. There seem to be good opportunities for advancement and for lateral growth as well given the company continues to grow.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company, things are not super formalized. Requests can come at any time and in any form. But, thankfully, they are almost always manageable and typically interesting.
