Pros
The people I met while working there but can’t honestly think of one other thing.
Cons
Pay is horrible you can find at least ten other companies hiring for the same position that will pay $3 or more an hr starting out. That’s not even taking into consideration the work load they expect out of you. The work load wouldn’t be as bad if they could actually keep employees. They took away quarterly bonuses, in the three years I work there they didn’t give anyone a yearly increase and there benefits are awful especially if you have kids or a spouse that will be on your plan. Management doesn’t deserve to be in the positions they are in they simply got the position from friendships with the “right” people but know nothing about there actual job. Forget moving up in the company they will hire someone outside of the company with out opening the position for current employees.
