From my experience, none at all. You shouldn't waste your time with this company.

Cons

I left Venture 3 because I felt stuck and saw no growth in my career or skills. None of my hard work was ever acknowledged, much less rewarded; even if I was the highest performing employee for months, all I would get was a heavier workload. Whenever I made mistakes, instead of being mentored and given constructive feedback, I was simply reprimanded and yelled at for being stupid.

Everyone employed gets regularly paid with no problem and delay.

Cons

An overall traumatizing experience from extreme stress and lack of management support! Working as a technical support rep was the most exhausted I’ve been, physically and mentally!! Not even worth the pay you’re getting. This kind of job should be avoided!

Day in an day out, extra effort goes unnoticed. You can go above and beyond, put in long hours, and help solve issues no one else can, but none of it is recognized. Yet the moment you make a small mistake, it becomes a major talking point. The culture places no value on consistent effort or loyalty, only on finding fault. Over time, this drains motivation and makes people stop caring.
