I always like the flexibility offered by the work from home jobs as they allow more room to breathe and better freedom.

Cons

It was an awful experience. For me, learning on the job matters the most, and these terrible people failed to provide that. They just wanted employees to work like slaves and put in long, stressful, and exhausting hours without complaining. These horrible people offer no career growth even after years of loyalty. I recommend you skip this employer and seek a job elsewhere.

The only positive I can give about this company are the people on the lower levels.

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing. Everything is metrics-based as opposed to working on resolving an issue. Stress is not worth the pay. Micromanagement reigns supreme, stifling any creativity or autonomy. Overall, my experience at Venture 3 systems has been nothing short of a nightmare.
