I doubt there's any benefit to working here.

Cons

Managers are incompetent and have big egos! They constantly make terrible decisions, and frustrate employees with their obnoxious attitudes! They really like holding useless meetings right before everyone is supposed to go home, which just ends up wasting everybody's time, and forces employees to stay at work longer without compensation. They make a lot of unreasonable demands as well, but offer zero support and guidance. Don't work for Venture 3 unless you want to be miserable!
