      Pros

      Flexible schedule: as long as you get your 40 they don’t care when you work.

      Cons

      Management: unorganized, always late to meeting, training was vague and not educational. Pay structure: from other solar companies I’ve worked for their sits and sales are less then what most pay. They claim they want you to “make it big” then, continuously give you cold leads and allow only the ones on top warm leads. My new company pays 100 for sits and 200 for sales. Then they have 1,000 bonuses. Currently at my new job I have 5 sits for the last week. And made 30 appointment in the last 2 weeks. At venture, I would maybe talk to 10 people a day if lucky.

      RUN as fast as you can from this place do not take a job from here. They will fire you before you get out of one week of training. They are cut throat, if you have kids or family to take care of please don’t waste your time. They will make it seem like it’s the greatest job in the interview and lie. RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. MATTER OF FACT DONT RUN TAKE THE TRAIN ITS FASTER.

      Pros

      Decent initial training. Good tools to use online for showing solar designs.

      Cons

      Pay is not very good. They tell you they will provide all leads, but then push you to get your own leads. They are only focused on metrics for the sales staff. Terrible reimbursement for expenses. Because they tout "we only hire from withion" means some managers should not actually be managers. They may have been good sales reps, but not very good at managing people.
