Venture Solar have a great diversity environment, Also have great training programs to follow to be successful. Having weekly forums to keep our team up to date Company wide.

Venture Solar is a great company with an amazing work culture and work environment. Everyone that works for Venture is hardworking and caring and it's a place where you're easily able to learn and grow. If I were to rate my work experience, would easily give Venture 11 on a scale of 1-10! :)

I've been working at Venture Solar for over five months now, and this has been one of the best jobs I have had so far. Venture Solar is an extremely fast-growing company, and the CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. Venture Solar has an excellent work-life balance with great support from its managers. The management team really cares about their employees and tries to help in any way possible. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me learn the job quickly and progress my skills even further. The culture at Venture Solar is the best I've ever worked for; everyone is authentic and loves what they do. I look forward to making a full career at Venture Solar by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.
