Pros
The company is expanding to many other states because they are doing so well in the already established ones. They have an emphasis on only expanding when it makes sense and is feasible, instead of spreading themselves thin. There is a workplace culture of being rewarded for hard work, and moving up fairly quickly. The Regional Office Manager started with the company as an installer, so there is a lot of movement available if you do a good job.
Cons
Because the company is expanding and ever evolving, there are sometimes growing pains. There is a lot of movement and learning opportunities, but that means that sometimes there are many people in positions that don't yet have the experience. Since I've been here, the company has consistently been tweaking the way they operate, and it can be confusing to pivot so often, but it's always done with intention.
