I've been working at Venture Solar for over five months now, and this has been one of the best jobs I have had so far. Venture Solar is an extremely fast-growing company, and the CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. Venture Solar has an excellent work-life balance with great support from its managers. The management team really cares about their employees and tries to help in any way possible. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me learn the job quickly and progress my skills even further. The culture at Venture Solar is the best I've ever worked for; everyone is authentic and loves what they do. I look forward to making a full career at Venture Solar by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as a corporate recruiter at Venture Solar. From day 1, communication within my team has been top notch and continues to be. I have to be in constant communication with higher-ups (including the CEO) within the company and I have never experienced anything less than great. There is respect between employees at all times. Apart from the great line of communication, everyone at this company is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed, which is why everything is always running smoothly. The company is very understanding of personal needs and, in my experience, always wants their employees to feel like they can communicate any concerns.

Cons

As stated above, being an employee at this company has only given me positive things to say.

Venture Solar is a great company to work for. Venture provides a family style work culture, great benefits, support from all departments and the vibe that everyone working for a common goal. I've never worked for a company that felt so tight knit! Constantly growing and they provide a clear path for advancement. Apply!!

Cons

Business slows down in the winter, strictly due to weather issues preventing safe installations.
