Working at Venture has provided me with as much of an opportunity right out of college to succeed as any job could. The training process is thorough. The management structure is supportive, attentive and responsive. The compensation structure is great and rewards a go-getter handsomely. A comfortable work/life balance is encouraged. Innovative ideas are welcomed and never discouraged. Most of the higher-ups have had the same responsibilities as the consultants and are therefore not only capable of being supportive, but they are also understanding of any tribulations experienced. Highly recommend this job to anyone who wants to work hard and see that work pay off.
