      A good place to develop skills and make some good money

      Pros

      The job teaches you a lot about life and how to interact with all kinds of people. The training is overall effective and comprehensive. Working directly with the owners of the company is also an added bonus.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance/scheduling may not work for everyone. It's kind of like an "on-call" job. You have a lot of freedom when it comes to time off however. You need to be a hard worker who cares not only about doing the job, but performing it in the most efficient way possible.

      Paid training I got to work with the owners and upper management We offered high quality products so I knew I had the best offering at the kitchen table Understanding managers-- treated me like a person and worked with my schedule Really great benefits including 401k match and very affordable health care I was provided a company computer and car, and reimbursed for my cell phone Company provided pre-set appointments for me that they confirmed before assigning

      Cons

      As a sales rep I did have to travel a fair amount within MA Install timeline was about 2 months from sale so I would get 30% at contract at 70% at signing, would have been nice to get more upfront
