Business Outlook
Pros
Really good to start a career in solar, get to learn a lot of things, experience many situations. Everyone is really passionate about work and work really heard for the companies mission.
Cons
Lack of communication between installation and engineering, leads to many issues post install. Not a good place to grow, you're always under supervision, and expected to keep churning those numbers but not try and take on more responsibilities. Very toxic during times of high work-load. Salary is way below industry standards.
