Working from home 2 days a week (employee flexibility) Fair Wages Saba ELearning on the job Internal Department movement Positive Culture Fun Sometimes rewarding (could be better) Challenging sometimes (but who don't like a challenge) Good pension and Employee Support if needed Value employees feedback Excellent team work Freedom if have to attend appointments

Cons

High turn over of staff in the Customer Experience Centre (If more training and more time is given people may stay longer) Better Reward is needed to show Employees when a job is done well Workload in areas can be too much, needs more balance to help reduce stress on individuals
