hours not good, required to upsell products on customers

The company has taken a horrible direction. You have to wonder if Jackie was hired to rank the company. She sure has that history with previous companies. Upper management does not listen to the customer or what store management tells them works and what doesn’t. They don’t care to hear what the customer wants and have taken away all the products that Vera has been known for. They are going to do what they want and they don’t care about their employees. They have cute payroll so much that you are working on a skeleton crew. They expect few people to do the work of a full staff. No achievable! They have taken away all bonuses but can give the CEO a huge bonus at the end of last year. No raises for employees. How can someone take a bonus knowing the people doing all the work don’t get anything. This company should be ashamed of themselves for destroying what use to be a very popular company and product.
